1. Purchase a participating St George Induction cooktop from a participating store between September 9th 2008 and December 31st 2010.
2. Register with the form below below within 14 days of purchasing your new Induction cooktop. 
3. Download a copy of the claim form from the link below and complete.
4. Attach to the claim form the original purchase receipt or tax invoice that details the store name, purchase date and full payment of the participating model purchased.
5. Mail completed claim form with the attached purchase receipt to:
